– Sending large-scale automated traffic without prior agreement
5. Payment and Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed through our integrated payment processor.
– You may cancel your subscription at any time; your access will continue until the end of the billing period.
– No refunds are issued for unused credits unless required by law.
6. Availability & Support
Gen2PDF aims for 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
– We may perform maintenance or updates that cause temporary outages.

7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks, and services provided by Gen2PDF are the property of Gen2PDF or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of our system without written permission.
8. Termination

– You misuse the API or exceed usage limits in an abusive way
– Required by law or security reasons
9. Disclaimers
Gen2PDF is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
– We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or performance of the PDF output.
– You use the service at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gen2PDF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of the service after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
